Associate Machine Operator – Helena, Montana – 2nd Shift (Monday‑Thursday 4:00 pm‑2:00 am)

• Performs machine set‑up, machining and fabrication tasks.
• Prepares test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests.
• Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements.

• 1+ years experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings or specifications.
• 1+ years experience with CNC machining in a production environment.
• Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting.

• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 3+ years of experience using basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• 3+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints or drawings or specifications.
• 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong attention to details.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $50,000 – $59,500

Sign‑On Bonus: External candidates are eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $2,500
