Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)Associate Machine Operator – Helena, Montana – 2nd Shift (Monday‑Thursday 4:00 pm‑2:00 am)
Position Responsibilities- Performs machine set‑up, machining and fabrication tasks.
- Prepares test articles, fixtures and data collection devices to perform various tests.
- Works on articles of moderate complexity using established drawings and requirements.
- 1+ years experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings or specifications.
- 1+ years experience with CNC machining in a production environment.
- Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting.
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 3+ years of experience using basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- 3+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints or drawings or specifications.
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required strong attention to details.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $50,000 – $59,500
Sign‑On Bonus: External candidates are eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $2,500
