Seven Healthcare is pleased to present a travel opportunity for a Registered Nurse in a Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit in Helena, MT. This 13-week night shift contract (3x12-hour shifts) offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,340. It's ideal for RNs experienced in intermediate care, providing close monitoring and advanced nursing support for patients transitioning from ICU or requiring frequent observation.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
Provide care for patients transitioning from ICU-level care or requiring frequent monitoring.
Monitor telemetry, titrate drips, and manage non-invasive ventilation as needed.
Perform detailed assessments and respond rapidly to changes in patient status.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and provide patient education.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to unit protocols and hospital policies.
Requirements of the Travel Nurse
Active Montana RN license (or compact eligible).
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
Minimum 2 years' recent Stepdown/PCU/IMCU experience.
Proficient in telemetry monitoring, cardiac medications, and high-acuity assessments.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity environment.
