Job Summary

Benefis is one of Montana’s largest health systems. We are seeking a nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care in an office/clinic setting.

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in an office/clinic setting.
• Render care that reflects initiative, flexibility, and responsibility with minimal supervision.
• Determine priorities of care based on physical and psychosocial needs and factors influencing patient flow.
• Communicate with office/clinic physicians about changes in patient status, symptomatology, and diagnostic results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response.
• Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and handle constantly changing situations.
• Interact positively with a variety of people, manage stressful situations, and resolve conflict.
• Perform all assigned job duties or tasks.
• Follow all requirements, regulations, and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
• Comply with Benefis Health System organizational policies and procedures.

• Current state registered nurse license, LPN, or CMA required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.

• Starting wage of $32.10 per hour, with actual wage adjusted based on experience.
