As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working independently alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care by administering biologics and other infusible or injectable medications as ordered, and delivering appropriate patient education
- Start and discontinue IV infusion therapies
- Establish and access PIVs and ports
- Prepare and administer medications (mixing)
- Triage infusion patient inquiries
- Travel to other locations on occasion
Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to continuous quality improvement of patient care - Adhere to safety and infection control standards during patient care
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of and comply with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties
- Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience
- Comprehensive nursing assessment skills
- Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills
- Clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow with the organization
- RN degree; BSN preferred
- Current nursing license for applicable state
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements
$38 – $46 per hour (Pure Infusion of Helena)
