• Conduct patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on patients’ immediate conditions or needs.
• Perform ongoing assessments and appropriate treatments as ordered by a physician.
• Document patient findings and provide education and support to patients’ families.
• Provide bedside care for a variety of patients, including pre‑and post‑operative patients.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare equipment and aid physicians during examination and treatment of patients.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning and initiate patient education plans as prescribed by physicians.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 1–2 years recent acute care experience.
• BLS certification (minimum 2 years).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lean and stoop for long periods; lift 20 lbs comfortably and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with patients who may be confused, agitated, or uncooperative.

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
