Job Opportunity

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a respected non-profit healthcare system in Helena, MT, to hire dedicated LPNs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you'll provide nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support exceptional patient outcomes. As a Clinic Float Pool LPN, you'll provide patient care across multiple clinic locations while supporting teams where you're needed most.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Conduct focused nursing assessments by collecting, documenting, and communicating patient information accurately and promptly
  • Monitor patient status, recognize changes or abnormal findings, and communicate updates to the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that support patient comfort, wellbeing, and education

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program or technical school of nursing
  • 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Active Montana LPN license
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required (re-certification every 2 years)
  • IV Certification required within 6 months of hire through an approved nursing education program or a pre-licensure nursing education program
  • Maintains required education and ongoing professional development
  • Completes mandatory training and attends required staff meetings

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and committed to safe, high-quality care
