Join our Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Residency/Fellowship Program —a unique opportunity to gain specialized experience in child and adolescent behavioral health while developing advanced clinical, emotional, and leadership skills.
This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding nursing career in a high-impact, fast-paced inpatient psychiatric environment. You'll receive hands-on training, expert mentorship, and guided professional development as part of a multidisciplinary care team.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current or eligible for Montana RN licensure
- Strong interest in pediatric behavioral health and inpatient psychiatry
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
