We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing Hospitalist team at a state-of-the-art acute care hospital in Great Falls, Montana!
About the GroupJoin The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital: 36-bed acute care hospital with a full complement of in-house medical and surgical specialists, experienced physician support, dedicated nocturnists, and Pulmonary/Critical Care coverage. State‑of‑the‑art facility with advanced diagnostics and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.

- Schedule:
7 on / 10 off / 4 on / 7 off; day shift: 7:00 am–7:00 pm - Sign‑on bonus

Provide inpatient hospitalist care in a collaborative acute care setting. Average daily census of approximately 15 patients. Work alongside experienced physicians, dedicated nocturnists, and specialist consultants. Supported by Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology services. Procedure experience preferred.
Background- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Minimum of 2–3 years of direct Hospitalist experience
- Eligible for Montana licensure

- Comfortable working independently within a collaborative team environment
