This role is responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, collaborating with physicians, and maintaining strong communication with residents and their families. All care is provided in compliance with current federal and state regulations, as well as Mount Ascension Transitional Care of Cascadia policies and standards.

What

You'll Do

As an RN, you'll deliver high-quality, resident-centered care while ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation. You'll complete nursing assessments, progress notes, orders, flow sheets, and consents, making sure documentation reflects the care provided and services required.
