As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a dynamic emergency setting.

• Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care in a fast‑paced emergency setting with strong clinical judgment and minimal supervision.
• Perform rapid and accurate patient triage for all patients presented for emergency care.
• Collect and evaluate assessment data, prioritize patient care, and implement appropriate interventions based on identified physical and psychosocial needs while supporting efficient patient flow throughout the system.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and interventions, evaluating effectiveness and adjusting care as needed.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and Emergency Department physicians regarding patient status, clinical findings, diagnostic results, and patient flow.
• Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition, treatment responses, and evolving patient care needs within the department.
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the department.
• Accurately document all patient care and clinical findings.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active Montana RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• COVID‑19 Vaccination.
• ACLS & PALS (within 6 months of hire).
• TNCC & ENPC (within 1 year of hire).
• CEN Certification (preferred).
