We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team at Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation. As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, including patient care, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives. Your exceptional leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for patient care will enable you to make a meaningful impact on our residents' lives.

• Oversee the coordination of patient care services, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Manage and develop a team of nurses and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to staff members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by regulatory agencies

• Active nursing license
• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred
