- Collect, verify, and organize patient health information to support informed clinical decisions and effective treatment.
- Deliver direct patient care in a clinical setting while collaborating closely with the Unit Director, Manager, and Charge Nurse to ensure quality outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, colleagues, and cross-functional teams to promote a positive and patient-focused care environment.
- Maintain competency and flexibility to support multiple specialty areas, including Behavioral Health Clinical Decision Unit, Either Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as the second RN, or Women's & Children's Services (Couplet Care and Pediatric Psych).
- Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and clinical environments.
- Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of two years of acute care RN experience required
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities within a Float Pool/Patient Care Services role
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire
- Certification in Med/Surg and/or Geriatric Nursing preferred
