Contract Emergency Room RN
Contract Emergency Room RN for a 13-week assignment in Helena, MT. The role provides high-quality patient care, supervisory responsibilities, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. You'll receive competitive weekly pay, housing options, and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients following facility protocols
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices
- Assess patient conditions swiftly and prioritize care needs
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Valid RN license in the state of Montana
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- At least 2 years of emergency department experience
- Strong supervisory background
- Experience in Med/Surg and long-term care settings
- Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to follow facility protocols without question
- Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work rotating weekends
- Weekly direct deposit of $2,250.00 with next-day pay features soon
