Float Pool | Night Shift | 0.9 FTE or 0.75

What You’ll Do
As a Float Pool RN on the Night Shift team, you’ll provide exceptional care while supporting various departments throughout the hospital.
Your responsibilities will be to :
- Apply the nursing process to deliver high-quality, patient and family-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation
- Collect, verify, and organize patient health information to support clinical decision-making and effective treatment
- Deliver direct patient care while collaborating with the Unit Director, Manager, Charge Nurse, physicians,and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Maintain competency and flexibility to support multiple specialty areas, including
- Behavioral Health
- Clinical Decision Unit
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as the second RN &
- Women's & Children's Services(Couplet Care and Pediatric Psych)
- Adapt quickly to changing patient needs and clinical environments
What We’re Looking For
- Active Montana Registered Nurse(RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum of two years of acute careRN experience required
- Ability toindependentlymanage responsibilities within a Float Pool/Patient Care Services role
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability in fast-paced settings
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required within6 months of hire
- Certification in Med/Surg and/or Geriatric Nursing preferred
