The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Helena, MT and we are seeking to hire experienced and compassionate RNs for their Emergency Department to deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-faced setting with professionalism, adaptability and minimal supervision.
In this role, you will expertly triage patients, prioritize care needs, and provide timely interventions addressing physical and psychosocial needs.
You would also monitor patient responses, adjust treatments as needed, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation while responding effectively to changing patient conditions.
Schedule:
Full-Time | 0.75 FTE | Days (9:00 AM – 9:00 PM) 12 Hour shifts | Nights (12 Hour Shifts)
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting
- Triage patients, prioritize care needs, and implement timely interventions
- Address patients’ physical and psychosocial needs
- Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team
- Support optimal patient outcomes and efficient patient flow
- Maintain clear, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation
- Respond rapidly to changing patient conditions
- Work professionally and effectively with minimal supervision
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
- Emergency nursing experience preferred;
Critical care experience desirable Current Montana RN License - BLS required; ACLS & PALS required within 6 months of hire
- TNCC required within 1 year of hire
- NRP & ENPC required within 2 years of hire
- CEN preferred
- Knowledge of emergency nursing roles and practices
- Cognitive, organizational, and emotional maturity
- Strong assessment, prioritization, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stress, deadlines, and difficult situations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
