Job DescriptionA community healthcare facility near Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join its nursing team!
Pay: $35.00 - $52.00 / hourly
Registered Nurse Opportunity:
- Schedule:
Three 12-hour shifts per week; day and night shifts available - Stackable night and weekend shift differentials (+$2.00/hour each)
- Up to $20,000 retention bonus
- Up to $7,000 relocation assistance
Registered Nurse Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient care by administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting recovery
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care while ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols
Registered Nurse
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Montana RN license or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain prior to hire)
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Minimum of one year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
