The Host plays a crucial role in protecting, maintaining, and evolving our restaurant's culture by adhering to, teaching, and preserving the integrity of our customer standards. The Host contributes to the restaurant's success by managing the flow of guests and creating a positive first and last impression for our guests, while supporting all team members.

In your role, you will be:

• Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences.
• Building relationships within the community through genuine engagement and guest care.
• Following procedures to uphold Rocky Mountain Hospitality standards.
• Answering phones, managing reservations, providing information, and handling to-go orders.
• Greeting guests and coordinating their dining experience efficiently.
• Working with the service team to ensure complete guest satisfaction from start to finish.
