Supervisor, Retail, Retail Associate​/ Customer Service

Provides support to production, retail, and/or donation door as needed. May act as “Supervisor in Charge” of the entire facility. Responsible for ensuring a high level of guest and donor service and that Easterseals‑Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced.

• Support production, retail, and donation door operations.
• Serve as Supervisor in Charge as required.
• Ensure guest and donor service standards are met.
• Enforce Easterseals‑Goodwill policies and procedures consistently.
• Be responsive to changing circumstances, demonstrating initiative and flexibility.
• Supervise Goodwill Donation Door activities when required.
• Assist in all aspects of retail, production, and donation door operations.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and longer shifts when necessary.

• Must be cross‑trained and assist in all aspects of retail, production, and donation door operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

• Move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Physically and mentally capable of performing all job duties.
• Lift and carry 20–100 pounds with team lifting or mechanical assistance.
• Stand, stoop, bend, or carry for the duration of the shift.
• Tolerate extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends or longer shifts if needed.
• May be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
• Background check required; criminal convictions do not automatically bar employment.

• 0–2 years of work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
