Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and choose just the right items, enabling them to fulfill orders efficiently. The position is fast paced and requires juggling online order fulfillment with assisting in‑store customers. The pace can be intense, especially at evenings, weekends, and holiday season.

Order fillers also dispense orders to customers and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium pay ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
