Role:
Full-time Merchandiser/Order Writer responsible for stocking shelves, maintaining displays, and building relationships with store staff to promote well-known snack brands.
Responsibilities:Conduct in-store visits, capture display photos, order products via iPad, ensure proper stock levels, implement promotional displays, follow negotiated store plans, and support product launches and seasonal sales. Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company's products and guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:Must be at least 18, possess a valid driver’s license, and have a high school diploma or GED (preferred). Self-motivated, positive attitude, ability to work independently, physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs., and able to operate a vehicle. Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
Key Duties:Follow daily schedules, ensure product visibility and stock, communicate issues to management, and perform physically demanding tasks to stock shelves and move products. Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Compensation & Benefits:Hourly pay ($16-$17), 401(k), bonus opportunities, mileage reimbursement, insurance options, paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement, and health programs. Physical safety equipment provided.
