Job DescriptionFord of Helena is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for cars, a knack for customer service, and a goal-oriented mindset, this is your opportunity to grow with a dealership that values your drive and dedication.

Job Type:

• Full-time

Pay:

• $65,000 - $125,000:
  Commission based

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs, budget, and lifestyle
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Guide customers through the entire sales process from introduction to delivery
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with potential buyers
• Achieve sales targets and meet dealership performance goals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Complete all paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with dealership processes
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
