Job DescriptionFord of Helena is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a passion for cars, a knack for customer service, and a goal-oriented mindset, this is your opportunity to grow with a dealership that values your drive and dedication.
Job Type:
- Full-time
- $65,000 - $125,000:
Commission based
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs, budget, and lifestyle
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Guide customers through the entire sales process from introduction to delivery
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication with potential buyers
- Achieve sales targets and meet dealership performance goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Complete all paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with dealership processes
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
