Retail Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by providing customer‑service and product solutions.
• Identify customer needs through conversation and question‑asking.
• Present product insights and recommend solutions to deliver comprehensive sales solutions.
• Close sales using clear communication skills.
• Engage in ongoing training and develop operational knowledge in merchandising and inventory.
• Build customer base by making outbound calls and sending texts to current Verizon customers.
• Participate in community outreach and off‑site sponsored events to grow loyal customer base.

• Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour.
• Potential up to $18,000 annual commission; top performers can earn an additional $14,500+ in commission.
• Annual total earnings potential $65,000–$75,500.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant sales or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; schedule notice four weeks in advance.
• Openness to additional shifts during summer, November‑December, and peak vacation periods.

Even better if you have: experience in a commission‑based environment, sales experience communicating solutions, and customer service experience.

Worksite‑based role; onsite at a defined location(s). Scheduled 40 weekly hours.
