Corporate & Community Partnership Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Corporate & Partnership Manager to expand corporate partnerships, strengthen community engagement, and increase awareness of our programs across Montana. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, public speaking, developing strategic partnerships, and connecting people with a mission that changes lives.
What You Will Do- Build and grow long‑term partnerships with businesses, civic organizations, churches, and community leaders.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase corporate sponsor ships, engagement, and sustainable revenue.
- Represent Florence Crittenton at statewide conferences, networking events, and community meetings.
- Deliver engaging presentations to referral agencies, churches, civic groups, and corporate partners.
- Cultivate relationships that increase referrals to FCFS programs and expand community awareness.
- Manage corporate sponsorship opportunities, cause marketing campaigns, and partner recognition efforts.
- Collaborate with leadership, development, admissions, and marketing teams to strengthen outreach and organizational goals.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, partners, and referral agencies while tracking progress toward strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase volunteerism, partnerships, and support for Florence Crittenton programs and the Florence Crittenton Training Institute.
- This is a Full‑time position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in fundraising, business development, sales, community engagement, or relationship management.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong networking, relationship‑building, and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong follow‑through and attention to detail.
- Passion for Florence Crittenton’s mission and a commitment to serving vulnerable children and families.
- Ability to travel throughout Montana (approximately 25%) and maintain a valid driver’s license and positive driving record.
- Help strengthen families and communities through meaningful partnerships and mission‑driven work.
- Play a key role in expanding statewide awareness and support for programs that make a lasting impact.
- Work alongside a collaborative leadership and development team committed to innovation and growth.
- Competitive salary ($55,000 – $60,000 annually, DOE) and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance contribution, retirement, paid time off, paid holidays, and dental and vision plan eligibility.
