Equipment Maintenance Specialist – The Boeing Company
Location:
Helena, Montana | Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:30AM–6:00PM
We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join the Facilities & Equipment Maintenance team. The role focuses on ensuring the optimal performance of CNC equipment with Fanuc and Siemens controls, requiring a strong background in equipment maintenance, mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Responsibilities- Work under general supervision with an understanding of the job.
- Perform maintenance on factory equipment.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, inspect, disassemble, rebuild, modify, and test factory machinery and equipment as necessary using knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Assist with interpreting blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment.
- Respond to requests for equipment repair.
- Identify and request component and replacement part inventories.
- 1+ years of experience maintaining, repairing, and conducting preventive maintenance on commercial mechanical systems.
- 1+ years of experience interpreting commercial technical data, including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals.
- 1+ years of experience working with various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of experience operating electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic systems.
- 1+ years of experience performing predictive and/or preventative maintenance.
- 1+ years of experience working with suppliers.
- Ability to take direction, multitask, perform work safely and communicate in written and verbal form.
Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Pay Range:
- Associate (Level
B): $52,000 – $55,000 - Mid-level (Level
C): $56,700 – $60,500 - Senior (Level
D): $66,700 – $70,500
Sign-On Bonus:
External candidates eligible for up to $2,500.
