Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3
Our client, a leading organization in institutional facility management, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities across your designated territory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical versatility, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Helena, MT
- Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
- Respond efficiently to work orders, ensuring high service standards across multiple sites.
- Travel between facilities, managing daily service routes and documenting maintenance activities.
- Operate company vehicles safely and maintain them in good condition.
- Assist with snow and ice removal, debris clearing, and ensuring safe access to facilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by local jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to operate company vehicles in various conditions.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency with computerized work order systems (CMMS) and mobile devices.
