You will serve as a foundational team member, executing critical physical tasks across high-stakes commercial, industrial, and federal concrete projects. • Support skilled tradespeople with precise concrete pouring, specialized finishing, and complex formwork installation.
• Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and secure job site by systematically clearing debris and managing materials.
• Transport, stage, and set up critical tools and construction equipment safely to eliminate potential field hazards.
• Perform vital physical labor including digging, hauling, and lifting materials to maintain strict project schedules.
• Adhere strictly to all on-site safety protocols, participating in daily briefings and utilizing required personal protective equipment.
• Collaborate transparently with field operations crews and relay site conditions immediately to direct supervisors.
