You will serve as a foundational team member, executing critical physical tasks across high-stakes commercial, industrial, and federal concrete projects. How You Will Make An Impact
  • Support skilled tradespeople with precise concrete pouring, specialized finishing, and complex formwork installation.
  • Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and secure job site by systematically clearing debris and managing materials.
  • Transport, stage, and set up critical tools and construction equipment safely to eliminate potential field hazards.
  • Perform vital physical labor including digging, hauling, and lifting materials to maintain strict project schedules.
  • Adhere strictly to all on-site safety protocols, participating in daily briefings and utilizing required personal protective equipment.
  • Collaborate transparently with field operations crews and relay site conditions immediately to direct supervisors.
  • Participate actively in comprehensive technical and safety training programs to accelerate your professional development.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong commitment to safety practices and a proven ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions.
  • Physical capacity to lift heavy materials consistently and perform rigorous manual labor in diverse outdoor weather conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a dedicated, team‑oriented approach to fast‑paced field operations.
  • Absolute willingness to travel up to 80% of working hours to various regional project assignments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience within a commercial construction, masonry, or general manual labor environment.
  • Basic foundational knowledge of common construction hand tools, power equipment, and material handling techniques.
