Position: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3

Our client, a leading organization in institutional facility management, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join their team. As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic 3, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities across your designated territory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical versatility, proactive problem-solving, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
  • Respond efficiently to work orders, ensuring high service standards across multiple sites.
  • Travel between facilities, managing daily service routes and documenting maintenance activities.
  • Operate company vehicles safely and maintain them in good condition.
  • Assist with snow and ice removal, debris clearing, and ensuring safe access to facilities.
What's Needed?
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by local jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and ability to operate company vehicles in various conditions.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency with computerized work order systems (CMMS) and mobile devices.
