Technique Roofing is seeking a Service Foreman to lead a service crew on daily commercial roofing repairs and maintenance, owning safety, quality, productivity, and documentation from start to finish.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in commercial roofing service with at least 2 years leading field crews, strong knowledge of EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and low-slope metal, and a proven ability to diagnose complex roof leaks while maintaining zero OSHA recordables.
