Description
We are seeking a Part Time Service Coordinator for our apartment building in Helena, MT.
Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between residents and community resources and services.
- Develop and deliver programs related to physical, social, and mental well‑being to help residents maintain independence and self‑sufficiency.
- Develop and maintain a directory of community resources to provide information and referral services to all residents.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Experience in social services delivery with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and community resources appropriate to the resident population.
- Ability to advocate, organize, prioritize, problem‑solve, and achieve appropriate outcomes for residents.
