Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the integrated Criminal Justice Data Warehouse project.
  • Serve as primary point of contact between participating agencies and vendors.
  • Partner and collaborate with multiple stakeholder organizations, agencies, and vendors.
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, status updates, and decision‑making sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with local law enforcement, state agencies, and vendor partners.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable plans for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocations.
  • Track milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support grant reporting and performance measurement as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Eight years of experience managing projects.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross‑agency and/or multi‑vendor projects.
  • Other combinations of education or experience may be substituted.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience with criminal justice agencies and/or data systems.
  • Effective facilitation experience and ability to influence.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Skill in navigating stakeholder complexities to maintain project momentum.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining professional relationships.
