Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, scalable data pipelines and AI-powered workflows.
• Create LLM/agent-based solutions tailored to business challenges such as revenue leakage, readmissions, and automation.
• Lead the development of end-to-end features from data ingestion through transformation to actionable insights.
• Enhance system performance, scalability, and minimize latency.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and actively contribute to architectural decisions.

• BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Over 8 years of solid software engineering experience, particularly in Python or Java.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data engineering principles, including ETL, data transformation, and data modeling (Spark, SQL).
• Proven experience in building high-scale distributed data systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI/AWS/Azure).
• Demonstrated expertise as a Technical Lead in the design and execution of complex SaaS/IaaS projects across multiple functional areas.
• Proficient in transforming ambiguous product requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with technical partners to turn unclear requirements into concrete development tasks and designs.
• Proven ability to manage all aspects of feature development, characterization, and deployment across various components.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Ability to blend hands-on coding with intelligent AI-driven solutions to quickly prototype, test, and deliver reliable software.
• Regular use of models like ChatGPT or Claude to enhance productivity.

• Background in agentic architectures or GenAI platforms.
• Experience in healthcare or digital health systems.
• Understanding of EHR systems and revenue cycle management workflows.
• Familiarity with healthcare coding standards (ICD/CPT).

Hiring Range in USD from: $99,600 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
