As a Driver Helper / Route Delivery Assistant
, you'll support delivery drivers in transporting and merchandising Pepsi products at retail locations, while gaining hands‑on experience in beverage distribution, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Load and unload products (cases, pallets) in a fast-paced warehouse / delivery environment
- Assist with route deliveries to grocery stores, convenience stores, and retail accounts
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays (
merchandising / retail stocking
) - Rotate inventory using FIFO (first-in, first-out) methods to ensure freshness
- Build promotional displays and maintain planogram compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to store personnel
- Perform physical work including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Starting Pay: $17.00/hour (DOE – depending on experience)
- Full-time union position (IAM – International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers)

- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (must be able to commute)
- Prior experience in warehouse, delivery, stocking, labor, logistics, or merchandising is a plus but not required
