DUMP TRUCK DRIVER

A growing environmental and construction services team is seeking experienced Dump Truck Drivers for projects based in East Helena, MT
. This role supports earthwork, hauling, and site operations across regional projects.

Full-time, part-time, and temporary positions available.

• Safely operate dump trucks and other commercial vehicles to transport materials.
• Load, haul, and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, and debris.
• Follow assigned routes and project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Comply with all traffic laws, job site rules, and safety requirements.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment.
• Report maintenance or mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and crew members.
• Follow all job site safety procedures and protocols.

• 2+ years of dump truck or truck & trailer experience preferred.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical inspections and minor maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel as needed (primarily regional, weekdays with occasional weekends).
• Must pass background check.
• Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol screenings.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of job-related information.

• $30–$33/hour (DOE)
• Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
• Typical schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 40+ hours/week
• Hours may vary based on project demands, weather, and season
