What You Can Expect:
- Dedicated routes — no guessing, just consistency

- Competitive pay: $0.53–$0.58 CPM (hub miles)
- Late-model equipment:
Peterbilt 579s & Freightliner Cascadias - Reefer & dry van freight
- Pet-friendly & rider-friendly policies
• Paid orientation — $100/day + food reimbursement
• Layover pay — $75+
• Detention — $25/hour after 3 hours
• Chain-up pay — $75 per event
• Clean DOT inspection bonus — $100 each
• Driver referral bonus — $250
• Monthly cell phone stipend — $20
Monthly Bonuses:
• Training completion — $40
• Mileage bonus — $60
• Fuel economy bonus — up to $200
• Idle reduction bonus — up to $200
• Safety bonuses + Driver of the Month ($500)
• Driver of the Year — $2,500
