Pay: Starting at $17.50-$18.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift
Position Type: Full-Time | Non-Union

Harrington Vending is looking for a reliable and self‑motivated Route Service & Delivery Representative to support our customers throughout Helena and surrounding communities. If you enjoy driving, staying active throughout the day, working independently, and providing excellent customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you'll manage an assigned route, deliver products to customer locations, restock vending equipment, and help create a positive customer experience at every stop. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and working outside a traditional office environment.

• Deliver snacks, beverages, candy, and related products to customer locations.
• Replenish and merchandise vending machines according to customer needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive vending displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure machines remain fully stocked.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment concerns.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional service.
• Follow daily route schedules and complete assigned stops efficiently.
• Load and unload products safely throughout the workday.
• Accurately handle route paperwork, inventory counts, and service records.
• Assist with warehouse activities, product staging, and inventory organization as needed.

We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys serving customers, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport products throughout the day.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Dependable attendance and reliable work habits.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in any of the following areas is helpful but not required:

• Route delivery
• Delivery driving
• Merchandising
• Vending services
• Retail stocking
• Warehouse operations
• Customer service
• Inventory management
