What You'll Do- Loading and unloading delivery trucks and transports.
- Building pallets and carts with product for accurate loading.
- Completing orders for delivery or customer pickup.
- Processing incoming materials.
- Maintaining organized inventory.
- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly while demonstrating consistent and reliable attendance.
- Performing physical tasks throughout the shift, such as lifting, carrying, pulling, bending, and squatting.
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular physical activity, including lifting, carrying, pulling, bending, and squatting. You will navigate the warehouse using hand trucks, pallets, and carts while working with beverage products. The environment is energetic and team-oriented, and safety is always a top priority. HC provides training opportunities, including forklift certification for those interested in expanding their skills.
What We're Looking For- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, team‑focused, and comfortable working in a physically demanding role.
- Able to remain on feet for extended periods and handle repeated lifting tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or beverage environment is helpful, but not required.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute positively to the team.
