We are seeking a dependable, motivated Warehouse / Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with customer service and sales support at our front counter. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming products and materials.
• Pull, package, and stage orders for customer pickup and delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory.
• Keep warehouse clean / organized.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Assist customers in identifying products and solutions that meet their needs.
• Process sales transactions, quotes, and orders.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Previous warehouse, customer service, sales, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
