Your missionAs Dorel Juvenile continues to grow its in-house Studio, we are looking for a Videographer to help shape and elevate our visual storytelling. Working closely with our in-house Cinematographer, Photographer, and Producers, you will create authentic, high-quality video and photographic content that reflects our brands’ values and visual standards.
From behind-the-scenes storytelling to polished brand campaigns for brands such as Maxi-Cosi and Bebeconfort, you will play a key role across the full production pipeline; capture, edit, retouch, and deliver.
Key responsibilitiesVideo Production
- Capture a wide range of video content, including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and internal and external campaigns
- Collaborate with the in-house Cinematographer on concepting, planning, shooting, and visual execution
- Edit video content from start to finish using DaVinci Resolve and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Ensure visual consistency, pacing, and storytelling aligned with brand guidelines
Photography & Retouching
- Conduct studio and on-location photography shoots, including lighting setup
- Perform non‑destructive photo retouching, color correction, and image finishing using Photoshop and Capture One
- Maintain strict quality and brand standards across all visual assets
Workflow & Collaboration
- Work closely with in‑house Producers and creative stakeholders
- Manage footage, assets, and post‑production workflows in a structured and organized manner
- Balance independent execution with effective collaboration within a creative team
- 5+ years of professional experience in videography
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, technical mastery, and attention to detail
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

, and Capture One - Solid understanding of modern cinema and DSLR camera systems, lighting techniques, and sound recording
- Strong sense of composition, color, lighting, and visual consistency
- Structured, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working to deadlines
- Interest in run‑and‑gun or authentic, documentary‑style visual storytelling
- Living within a 30km range of Eindhoven, or you’re open to relocating.
What We Offer
- A growing in‑house Studio with the opportunity to shape how stories are told visually.
- Close collaboration with an experienced in‑house Cinematographer and creative team.
- Creative responsibility within projects.
- A salary between €3,000 and €4,000 gross per month, based on your experience and knowledge, with room to grow.
- You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
- You are eligible for a 13th month and holiday allowance every year.
- The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full‑time employment.
- Other terms include travel expenses, use of a laptop, option to purchase extra holiday hours, Bicycle Plan and collective health insurance.
