Dorel Juvenile invites you to join our Digital Marketing Team as a Marketing Assistant. As a Content Specialist within our digital marketing team, your role will be to support the launch of new products with informative, engaging and visually appealing product content that resonates with our audience. The Digital Marketing team supports all NPI’s (new product introductions) as well as updates on already existing products like a new color introduction. Content is translated, placed, and updated both on our own branded websites and Amazon.

You will work in different content management systems, and will be responsible to maintain data quality. For this year we will add e-tail content to our scope. Besides managing your own NPI’s, there are also projects within the team you can be part of.

You curate and present content across diverse product categories such as car seats, strollers, home equipment, and more, empowering consumers to make informed choices. Taking the lead on content projects that enhance the overall consumer experience, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence. And finally ensure the online presence of content based on high-quality search terms and the activation calendar.

• You have completed an MBO or bachelor’s degree.
• Passion for content creation, digital marketing, and project management.
• Strong English communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and content management systems.
• Previous experience as a marketing assistant, content specialist or project manager in marketing is preferred.

• Competitive salary between €2400 and €3000 per month based on experience and knowledge.
• Dynamic and inclusive work environment fostering creativity and growth.
• Position for 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on preferences.
• Annual contract with a one-month probation period.
• 13th-month salary annually.
• Hybrid work option (up to 3 days remote, 2 joint office days).
