We have an exciting opportunity at our school site in Chesham, HP5, for a Catering Assistant to join the team at Accent.
This is a permanent 40‑hour week (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with a 30‑minute unpaid break) on a term‑time only schedule – all school holidays off.

As a fast‑working all‑rounder working as part of a team, your daily tasks will mainly consist of:
- General kitchen duties
- Putting away deliveries
- Food preparation
- Serving, cleaning and washing up
- Assisting with inventory management
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and replenishing counters so they remain attractive throughout service
- Speaking to each customer in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
- Undertaking all basic training and working effectively with colleagues as part of a team
This is a customer‑facing position, so excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of the English language are essential.
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

You will be required to prove your right to work in the UK and provide two referees at interview stage.
