Holiday Inn Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Front Office Manager with a proven track record of driving standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role leads the front office team, sets departmental targets, and uses commercial acumen to raise service levels.
The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week, on a 5-day rota, with opportunities for training and career progression, plus staff discounts and shift patterns discussed at interview.
