About the Role As part of our housekeeping team, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout guest bedrooms and public areas, helping to uphold the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest bedrooms to the highest standard Replenish guest amenities and room supplies Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures Work efficiently to meet daily room and cleaning targets Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential Excellent attention to detail A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual with a flexible approach to work Commitment to delivering high standards and outstanding guest satisfaction
