We’re looking for an experienced Reservations Manager to join a well-established hotel in Hemel Hempstead. This varied role combines managing reservations with planning and coordinating events. You’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing booking processes and ensuring reservations are accurate
• Coordinating events from the initial enquiry through to execution
• Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver excellent service
• Managing event logistics and liaising with internal teams and suppliers
• Ensuring bookings are fully documented and enquiries are handled promptly

• Experience in reservations, event management or hospitality administration
