We're seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile Technician to join our busy and dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the inspection, servicing, and repair of a range of equipment and machinery across customer sites in Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas. This is a fully mobile position where you'll work independently, providing high-quality service directly to customers while representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.

• Work safely and professionally across various customer sites.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and machinery to a high standard.
• Carry out servicing in line with manufacturer schedules and company procedures.
• Deliver quality workmanship with strong attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with customers and management, providing updates and recommendations.
• Support a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in maintenance, service, or repair of mechanical/electrical equipment.
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline — or the drive and willingness to achieve it.
• Personal tools suitable for the role.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
