AV Field Service Engineer

Location: Kings Langley

A leading digital display solutions provider is seeking multiple Field Service Engineers to support its service and maintenance operations. This is a field-based role involving installation, maintenance and fault-finding on digital signage systems across the UK, with occasional overseas travel.

This position is ideal for engineers from backgrounds such as:

* Electrical

* Audio Visual

* CCTV

* IT / Networking

Key Responsibilities

* Installation and commissioning of LED and LCD digital signage systems

* Testing, configuration and setup of control and playback equipment

* Diagnosing, repairing and replacing faulty components

* Preventative and reactive maintenance of installed systems

* On-site customer support and technical troubleshooting

* Working at height when required

* Occasional out-of-hours work (with advance notice)

Skills & Experience Required

* Previous field service or site-based engineering experience

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability

* Good working knowledge of IT systems, networking and software configuration

* Ability to learn new systems and platforms quickly

* Well organised with strong time-management skills

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

* High attention to detail and professional customer-facing approach

Qualifications

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* CSCS card (required – may be expired)

* IPAF and/or PASMA (preferred – training can be provided)
