Plumbing Engineer

Home Serve are recruiting directly employed Plumbing Engineers to join our team. As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in customers' homes, providing industry‑leading service and helping to enhance our reputation while driving customer growth.

• Week 1 – Attend our Head Office in Walsall Monday‑Friday to cover all things Home Serve, health and safety and receive your tools and equipment.
• Week 2 – Buddy up with an experienced Home Serve Plumbing Engineer.

• Level 2 in Plumbing – copies of certificates must be provided.
• 1st and 2nd fix plumbing experience.
• Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service.
• Proactive, ‘can do’ attitude.
• Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills.

Hemel Hempstead.

Full Time – 40 hours per week, including some weekend, evening and bank holiday work.

£38,800 – £42,950 (salary dependent upon experience). Plus a £3,000 guaranteed bonus in your first year.
