You’ll be working for a major property maintenance and repairs company in the Hertfordshire area, known for providing long‑term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Floor Layer.

• Install and replace vinyl flooring, safety flooring, and vinyl tiles within void and tenanted properties
• Fit flooring in kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, bedrooms, hallways, lounges, and communal areas
• Complete safety flooring installations, including cap and cove systems where required
• Install flooring within care homes, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff
• Fit flooring in communal hallways, stairwells, entrance lobbies, and shared residential areas
• Work within occupied (tenanted) properties while maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism

• Proven experience installing vinyl flooring, safety flooring, and vinyl tiles
• Experience working within social housing, including both tenanted and void properties
• Own van and tools

• Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
• Long‑term work
• Higher earning potential with the price work incentivises
• Pay ranges from £200 - £250+ per day depending on price work

Location & travel based in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire area, easily accessible from M25 and M1.
