Monday to Friday The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering team in a foot mobile role. This position is ideal for an engineer who lives in Enfield or the surrounding area, as you'll spend 23 days per week based at a busy shopping centre in Enfield, with the remaining days covering a portfolio of commercial properties across Central London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied role, combining the consistency of a primary site with exposure to multiple prestigious commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems Diagnose and repair faults on lighting, power, emergency lighting, and electrical distribution systems Support the maintenance of mechanical and building services equipment where required Carry out routine plant room inspections and ensure equipment is operating efficiently Complete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accurately Liaise professionally with clients, tenants, and contractors Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulations Identify opportunities for remedial works and plant improvements About You Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent) Experience working within commercial building maintenance Strong fault-finding and electrical maintenance skills Good understanding of building services and plant room environments Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated and able to work independently across multiple sites Ideally based in or around Enfield What's on Offer £45,000 salary Zone 1 & 2 Travel Card provided Monday to Friday working pattern 23 days based at a shopping centre in Enfield with the remainder covering commercial sites across London Varied and rewarding role with a supportive engineering team Ongoing training and career development opportunities
