We are currently looking for 3 experienced Duct Fitter & Duct Mate pairs to join a project in Hemel Hempstead, starting Monday 17th August 2026.

This is a 3-month contract offering consistent Monday-to-Friday work, with 8-hour working days and competitive hourly rates.

Rates

Duct Fitter: £28.00 per hour
Duct Mate: £16.90 per hour

Requirements

Valid DBS
Duct Fitters:
Blue CSCS card with Ductwork Installation listed on the back
Duct Mates:
Valid Green CSCS card
Full PPE
Own tools
Relevant ductwork installation experience
Reliable and able to commit to the full duration of the project
Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
07:30 - 16:0×
30-minute lunch break
8 hours per day

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced ductwork professionals looking for a long-term project with regular weekday hours.
