Job Summary

Under direction, to teach and instruct pupils in academic, social, behavioral, and other related skill areas; to plan, develop, organize, and conduct a comprehensive education program for adult school students, aged 18 and above; to assist pupils in adjusting to a structured educational environment; and to do other related functions as required.

Must possess or be able to obtain a valid California credential authorizing service in Adult Education. Teachers are needed in the following subject areas:
English as a Second Language High School Diploma HiSET Preparation (high school equivalency) Citizenship Part-time with the possibility of nearly full-time hours, depending on the class and teacher credentials. Classes are in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
